What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure top-tier customer service.
• Manage the sales process, including estimates and approvals.
• Supervise and support automotive technicians.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely parts ordering.
• Train and mentor employees to improve shop performance.
• Track financial goals and generate performance reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Automotive experience (service writing or management preferred).
