About the Role
We're seeking a visionary and execution-driven CEO to lead a cutting-edge, Solana-based decentralized exchange focused on perpetuals. This is an opportunity to take the helm of a high-potential DeFi project from early stages, shape the product and go-to-market strategy, and represent the brand publicly in the ecosystem.
You'll be responsible for everything from guiding product and engineering to building out the team, managing strategic partnerships, and fundraising.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and articulate the long-term vision of the protocol to investors, users, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Work directly with product, engineering, and design to bring a new kind of perp DEX to life on Solana.
Drive growth by coordinating marketing, BD, and community initiatives.
Build and lead a world-class team, including future hires across functions.
Represent the project in public forums, conferences, and with key stakeholders.
Own investor relationships, fundraising, and financial oversight.
Ideal Profile
Highly articulate and well-connected within the DeFi / crypto ecosystem.
Recognized as a credible voice in the space (public presence, prior projects, active on Twitter, etc.).
Deep experience in the perp DEX space, ideally having built or contributed to similar products.
Strong product instinct and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, and BD.
Prior experience leading or co-founding a crypto project is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of Solana infrastructure and DeFi primitives.
Nice to Have
Previously raised capital or worked closely with top crypto investors.
Familiarity with token design, community incentives, and governance.
Proven ability to recruit and lead high-performance teams in early-stage startups.
