We're seeking a candidate, a commercial lines sales producer who is able to generate new business through prospecting and client outreach, selling commercial insurance policies, and managing client relationships to ensure needs are met and retention goals are achieved.

Compensation: On Target Earnings
Responsibilities:
• Role: Sell commercial insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Goal: Drive profitable growth and meet sales quotas through new business and client retention.
• Generate and pursue new client opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to both new and existing clients.
• Negotiating insurance coverage terms and conditions with management teams after determining the client's commercial insurance needs against available insurance products.
• Implementing various networking strategies to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
• Staying current on insurance coverage provisions, changes within the insurance industry, new regulations, and pertinent legislation to ensure customers understand their coverage terms and insurance services.
• Supporting the client's efforts to head off potential insurance claims by presenting them with reliable risk management services.

• Maintaining Murray & MacDonald's cultural standards for its stakeholders (clients, prospects, shareholders, employees, carriers, and community).
• Displaying a proactive, positive, enterprising, constructive, team-centered mindset.
Skills • Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C and LAH license.
• Proficiency in IT.
• Insurance agency/carrier experience is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Organization, and Adaptability.
