Position Summary

Assist in accelerating the adoption of our EV trucks by providing insightful data analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting for our business from various sources of information, internal and external. Be able to communicate the insights effectively with Leadership, internal stakeholders, and external customers.

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate Engineering and Quality documentation and audits.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPIs and quality metrics.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable reports.
• Support CRM and ERP analytics and reporting.
• Implement data quality controls and maintain data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Provide executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Quality Management, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data/business analysis roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL for data visualization and integration.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Physical Requirements

• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonableaccommodation:
• Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment andkeyboards
• May require duties performed in a warehouse or production setting, including loud noises.
• Work in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
