Responsibilities
Assist in the full planning and execution of corporate private and large-scale events.
Coordinate logistics including venue setup vendor management schedules and event timelines.
Maintain clear communication with clients partners and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Oversee event operations on-site ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
Prepare event materials reports and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
Support budgeting cost management and resource allocation throughout the planning process.
