Hourly pay from $18 up to $35/hour + commissions and bonus opportunities

This position is based in Florida, primarily within a 50-mile radius of North Port. You’ll:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client trust
Document service calls and recommendations with clarity and precision
Communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates
Maintain cleanliness and care of the truck, tools, and inventory
Collaborate with a team that’s serious about doing the job right

EPA Universal Certification (required)
4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work full-time, including occasional overtime
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
