Litigation Associate Attorney - Full Time
Location: San Jose, CA, 95113

Experience you will need:

3 to 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in business, commercial, trust & estate, or real estate.
Strong academic background with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results in litigation.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility to become admitted).

What you will be doing:

Handle litigation matters related to business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and arbitrations.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
