Part-Time Litigation Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Litigation Attorney licensed in the State of New Jersey to manage estate and family law litigation matters on a flexible schedule of 10–20 hours per week . The ideal candidate is capable of handling cases independently, prioritizing work efficiently, and delivering high-quality legal services within defined hourly expectations. This role requires strong litigation skills, sound judgment, and comfort working in a structured, case-management-driven environment.
