NeighborHealth is hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our large, collaborative pediatric team in East Boston. We provide comprehensive, team-based care to a vibrant, diverse patient population and offer a unique opportunity to practice mission-driven, community-based medicine.
About the Role
This is a full-time outpatient position with a blend of primary care and acute care responsibilities. Providers work one evening per week and one weekend day per month, and participate in the call pool (typically 2–3 weeks per year). Coverage includes sessions in our Same Day Sick Clinic, supported by a multidisciplinary team of medical assistants, RNs, social workers, and behavioral health staff. We foster a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace where providers can thrive.

BC/BE in Pediatrics
Strong interest in team-based, community-oriented care
MA medical license, MCSR, and DEA required
Completion of Pediatric Residency program required
Language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic highly valued but not required
