Pediatrician - Outpatient Practice | Geneva, NY | Finger Lakes Region

Position Details

• Employment Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday through Friday (No weekends)
• Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Practice
• Call Coverage: Light phone call coverage only, shared with other health system practices
• Compensation: $235,000 - $300,000 annually based on experience
• Location: Geneva, New York

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care pediatric services to infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient setting
• Conduct routine well-child examinations, immunizations, and developmental assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses and conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in shared phone call coverage rotation with health system practices
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
• Provide patient and family education on pediatric health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Work within a physician-led organization committed to quality patient care

Qualifications and Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with specialization in Pediatrics required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Valid New York State medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Current DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient pediatric medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment
