Location: Livingston, Texas
Patient Population: Preferably birth through adult — will consider candidates seeing ages 4–5 and up
Compensation: $130,000+ (commensurate with experience)
The PA will provide outpatient primary care services in a well-supported clinic environment. This role is ideal for a provider interested in autonomy, stable scheduling, and a long-term career opportunity. New grads with strong clinical rotations may be considered, depending on experience and comfort level.
Provide outpatient primary care to pediatric and adult patients
Conduct routine visits, preventative care, and chronic disease management
Perform basic procedures as applicable to training
Collaborate with supervising MD/DO as needed
Provide patient education and promote health literacy
Complete accurate, efficient documentation in the EMR system
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PA in the state of Texas
Comfortable seeing a pediatric population (birth preferred, 4–5+ acceptable)
Confident clinical decision-making and strong bedside manner
