We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support daily production operations and ensure workflows run smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The Production Assistant will work closely with internal teams to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and maintain high standards throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily production activities and operational coordination
Support scheduling, documentation, and tracking of production tasks
Ensure materials, resources, and equipment are prepared and available
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
Maintain organized records and assist with reporting as needed
Provide general administrative and logistical support to the production team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
