We are a fast-growing national bookkeeping practice seeking a skilled and experienced sales closer based in the United States. This is a remote role handling inbound leads through scheduled Zoom/Teams consultations. If you know how to build trust, understand business owners, and close deals without sounding like a pitch, and, if you have some exposure and familiarity to bookkeeping / accounting, we want to hear from you.

Position Details:

• Role: Bookkeeping Sales Representative
• Location: USA-Based (Remote)
• Type: Full Time
• Compensation: Competitive base plus strong commission (details discussed during interview)
• Schedule: Flexible, based on booked appointments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Zoom/Teams consultations with warm inbound leads
• Understand each client’s business model and bookkeeping needs
• Communicate how our services can meet their specific challenges
• Guide leads toward sign-up and handle follow-up tasks such as emails, proposals, and scheduling second calls

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has proven sales experience and a strong record of closing deals
• Understands how to build trust, uncover needs, and ask for the close
• Has experience working with small to mid-size business owners
• Can speak knowledgeably about common business challenges, especially financial pain points
• Is curious, analytical, and a skilled communicator
• Has some familiarity to bookkeeping

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in accounting or bookkeeping with sales experience
• Familiarity with closing professional or financial service deals
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Experience using CRM tools and managing a pipeline
• Based in the U.S. with knowledge of U.S. business environments
