Job Description

The Gainey Agency seeks a remote Sales Agent to deliver professional, client-centered insurance sales and service. The incumbent will operate in a fully virtual environment and will be responsible for guiding clients through the policy lifecycle, supporting sales objectives, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise clients on insurance products and recommend solutions that align with their needs and circumstances.
• Manage the full policy lifecycle, including quote generation, application processing, policy changes, renewals, and support for claims.
• Meet individual and team sales targets while documenting client interactions and transactions accurately in internal systems.
• Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent, professional communication.
• Remain current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and market developments to ensure informed client guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and support collective performance goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and licensing maintenance to enhance technical knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Possession of relevant state insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licenses in a timely manner.
• Authorization to work and reside in the United States.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales, inside sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office productivity software.
• Experience working in fully remote teams.
