The Senior IV&V Reviewer leads assessments, identifies risks and findings, and develops actionable recommendations aligned with standards and best practices. This role involves in-depth artifact reviews, interviews, and evidence validation to evaluate governance, risk management, quality management, testing readiness, and implementation planning. The Senior IV&V Reviewer also supports scoring, maturity assessment, trend analysis, and validates remediation progress.

Responsibilities:
- Lead assessment of selected review areas.
- Conduct in-depth artifact reviews, interviews, and evidence validation.
- Evaluate governance, risk management, quality management, testing readiness, and implementation planning.
- Develop and document IV&V findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Support scoring, maturity assessment, and trend analysis.
- Validate remediation progress from prior IV&V reviews.
- Contribute to IV&V reports and executive presentations.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 3 7 years of IV&V, independent audit, or quality assurance experience within the last 7 years.
- Experience reviewing project management and governance.
- Experience reviewing requirements and traceability.
- Experience reviewing testing and quality management.
- Experience reviewing vendor and contract oversight.
- Experience with large-scale system modernization initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist.
- ITIL Foundation.
