A well-established fabrication shop in Clinton Township is hiring a skilled TIG Welder/ Fabricator to support custom stainless projects. This is a direct hire, full-time role paying $22–$28/hr, depending on experience, with steady weekday hours and overtime available.
This position is ideal for someone with true fitting experience who is used to building and welding custom parts
What You’ll Do
TIG weld custom fabricated parts from start to finish
Fit and assemble components prior to welding
Read and interpret blueprints and part drawings
Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and penetration
What We’re Looking For
Strong TIG welding experience in a fabrication environment
Hands-on fitting experience is required
Stainless steel welding experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and fabricate accurately
What’s Offered
$22–$28/hr based on experience
Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm, Saturdays as needed (50–55 hrs/week)
