We’re a growing dental practice looking for a friendly, experienced, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and making a difference every day — we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
✅ Verify dental insurance benefits, including coordination with third-party services
✅ Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
✅ Schedule and manage treatment appointments
✅ Follow up on missed appointments and incomplete treatment
✅ Optimize provider schedules to meet productivity goals
✅ Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
✅ Assist with financial arrangements and patient paperwork
✅ Manage documentation: consents, policies, exit forms
✅ Check out patients and provide a five-star experience
✅ Uphold HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality
✅ Support daily operational tasks and practice flow
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED (required)
3+ years of experience in a dental office (required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to quickly build rapport with patients
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processing
Solid math skills for estimating treatment costs and insurance benefits
Comfortable with technology and learning new software
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in demeanor
