We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Your creativity and exceptional communication skills will be essential in building relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the client's vision.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
Manage event budgets, preparing cost estimates, and tracking expenses to stay within budget.
Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the planning process.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.
Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful events.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
