✅ 5+ years of professional experience in career coaching, counseling, or a related role.
✅ A degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
✅ Tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in and understanding of the engineering world.
✅ Polyglot preferred: Professional proficiency in more than one language to support a global client base.
✅ Must be highly reliable with the ability to maintain a consistent, full-time weekly schedule.
