Job Duties: Workers will perform a wide range of agricultural tasks essential to Engstrom Bean & Seed's farming and processing operations. Duties include planting, field preparation, equipment operation, crop maintenance, harvesting, and handling incoming products for post-harvest processing, cleaning, grading, packaging, and shipment. Employees will drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, and harvest dry edible beans, lentils, and other specialty crops across approximately 7,000 acres. Tasks also involve attaching farm implements to tractors, tilling soil, seeding, and transporting crops. Work is seasonal and follows the agricultural cycle from February through November, with peak labor demand from March to October due to crop maturity and weather conditions. Workers must assist in maintaining equipment and ensure timely crop delivery for domestic and international markets.

Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain.
