Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly irrigation system service, repairs, and modifications for commercial and residential properties.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure equipment and vehicles are clean and ready for use.
• Promote and adhere to safe and environmentally responsible work practices.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Supervise and train maintenance crews on basic irrigation system operations, especially during peak seasons.
• Accurately complete timesheets and required documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid CO Driver’s license.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in irrigation system maintenance and repair is preferred.
