Position Overview:
Support daily mailroom operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior mailroom experience who is comfortable operating a company vehicle to ensure timely pickup and delivery of mail and packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Operate a company vehicle daily to pick up and deliver mail from local post offices and designated locations
Maintain accurate logs and records of mail distribution and deliveries
Ensure timely and secure handling of confidential and sensitive materials
Assist with shipping, receiving, and courier requests as needed
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the mailroom area
Follow all company safety policies and driving regulations
Qualifications:
Previous mailroom or related experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate a company vehicle safely on a daily basis
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to lift and carry mail and packages as required
