Our client, a growing Dallas area law firm, is looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Docketing Paralegal to join their team on a permanent/direct hire basis. This position is open due to growth in the firm. The position is fully remote but the firm requires any applicant to be base in Texas.
REQUIREMENTS
In depth knowledge and understanding of the patent prosecution process (5 years or more)
SKILLS
Ability to analyze documents generated from the USPTO and identify critical deadlines
Ability to generate and edit reports in database
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to work with a team of talented individuals
Microsoft proficiency
Strong technical skills
formal technical training is a plus
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 3 or more years of intellectual property docketing experience in a law firm setting.
