Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Lead follow-up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Real Estate license • Must live in an area About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
